3. ORDER TAKING VIA IM SYSTEMS - HILL THOMPSON strongly discourages the transmission of orders via any IM system and encourages you to verbally confirm any such orders immediately after sending them via such a medium. HILL THOMPSON will not be held liable or responsible for any delay in execution or for not executing an order transmitted via any IM system.

4. IM MESSAGES ARE RECORDED - HILL THOMPSON records and retains all IM messages.

5. BUDDY NAMES - HILL THOMPSON assumes no liability for confirming the accuracy or validity of any buddy names used by you to communicate via any IM system.

6. LEGAL/COMPLIANCE NOTIFICATION – Promptly upon receipt of these Terms and Conditions, you shall forward a copy thereof to your Legal/Compliance Department.
